Ugh... just ate but I'm still hungry!

Hey, all.

I made a pretty rockin' bunless burger for dinner tonight, but I find I am still hungry 30 minutes after eating. I don't want to binge eat, but I don't want to be hungry, either. I've already had 70 oz water today (still another 30 or so to go), so I'm not so sure it's a thirst vs hunger thing.

What helps you sate your hunger?

    My meals typically have lean protein, whole grain carbs, lots of veggies, and sometimes a fruit as well. If I don't eat a complete meal, then I'm hungry soon after eating.
