So I have been doing this for about a week now, after a false start at the beginning of December cut short by emergency gall bladder removal.
Here is the problem. I am hungry, hungry, hungry, and every day I go above my carb "allowance." I feel frustrated and cranky. I am doing most other stuff right (except for epic fail on salad dressing too yesterday), but really need help on how to get through this - what is it, carb detox? Sugar, bread, cookies, chocolate, chips, nothing is too sweet or too salty.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

I used to be hungry all the time and physically crave carbs... but then I went on a low carb diet (*ahem* lifestyle change) and eat plenty of fat and protein. I'm never hungry and I never crave anything anymore.
What sort of macronutrient ratio are you following?0
