So I'm coming to the end of my 2nd week on MFP and I've worked out 10 of the last 11 days ~at least 45-50 min of cardio and some sporadic strength training.

My cardio was SOOOO hard to finish today. Totally exhausted! Is my body rejecting cardio??

Maybe you need a "recovery" day in there.

I don't have a recovery day and this is what works for me.I feel great exercising everyday but its not for everyone. It just depends on your body and if you think you can do more.

    That's different for everyone.

If I can take naps and eat enough, I can train really hard for a week straight--that's 2 a days, plyometrics, a couple full-body days, and a couple splits. But I inevitably get tired eventually and will miss a planned workout because I can't wake up when I plan to. I am approaching that now...Monday I did 130 minutes of classes and lifting, Tuesday was Crossfit, Wednesday was 30 minutes at level 12 on the stairmill, and today was 80 minutes of upper body supersets and a really high-intensity cardio routine with plyometrics. Tomorrow is leg day and then Saturday I'm resting finally.

If I feel a little low I might do 1/2 hour instead of an hour. slow it down for a day. the next day i'm usually pumped and can go strong.
