Olivia Method- Good or Bad? What's your experience

I have a group of friends who have recently joined me on MFP. We calculated their goals using the Olivia Method because that is what I'm currently using. I like to see my calorie deficit.

Who else is using it? Do you like it? What are pros and cons based on YOUR EXPERIENCE?

    I have been doing it this way for a couple weeks. I've lost close to 4lbs using it :happy: . I love seeing the deficit!! It helps keep me focused and I know that if I ever go in the red, there's likely going to be a gain.
