Just saw a commercial for a weight loss product called ally- has anyone tried this or know someone who has. any side effects just curios.....

    The worst side effect I have seen listed so far is oily poo that comes out whenever it wants. :noway:

    Hi,I'm on alli and apart from a mild stomach ache after eating a naughty treat and a sorta greasy poo 1/2 hour later.. its fine.
    I think they are there as a deterrent rather than a help,as after a while you think ' ooh do I want to go through that' or shall I just have a salad.... If you eat healthy ie salads,fruit,water,low fat dairy etc,you won't have any problems,however a big mac and fries,find a loo fast,they are there as a deterent and as a helping hand if you 'slip up' however this is just my own personal feelings and use,please be careful as what suits one,doesn't suit another.

    P.s Mine were prescribed by the doctor as I am 'clinically obese' :-( any other q's feel free to ask... I answer truthfully x
