Stupid Sit-Ups...

A little frustrated right now. I am following this "Starter's Exercise Plan" thing I found on Pinterest. Well, tonight it was 45 jumping jacks and 10 sit-ups. It took me 20 minutes to do 10 sit-ups and I'm pretty sure I "cheated" because I felt like I was using my legs more than anything. I feel like such a loser because I can't do a freakin sit-up

Hi there,
Don't let that dis-hearten you! Unfortunately one of the things that many programs do not address is the need for motivation and re-training the mind to take positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
Why not try it on the bed and see if it helps. Work progressively and slowly, just make sure you don't give up. That's the worst thing you can do.
I've lost 40lbs just from picking the right program and sticking with it. I'm sure you can do it too!

What way are you doing your sit ups, and what is it that you find difficult?0
