Er, losing weight too fast?

I weigh every Sunday. Sometimes a few random days in between, just for kicks, but my official recordings happen on Sundays.

Two Sundays ago I was 222. Last Sunday I was 222. Which I'm fine with maintaining. I weigh Tuesday and it's 219. YAY! Happy dance! Hard to believe, but happy dance. I weigh again the next day and it's still 219 - so not a fluke.

I go out with family last night night, eat a decent dinner and not much else for the day. I weigh this morning out of unexcited curiosity and see 217.

I weighed again, and see it again.

When I first started cutting back, the weight dropped off like that, but that stopped like a month ago - so 4 pounds in a week? I'm confused. What is happening? Is this okay? Should I check my scales? Advice??
