started 10k training and I am so hungry

I am on week 3 of 10 and I am recently so hungry and very tired at night. I am wondering if I should up the calories and see what happens? I feel cravings coming and I don't want to give in to them. (chips are my current temptation). I have only lost 1/2 lbs in about 3 weeks. I did not eat a lot over the holidays. I think my pants are loser so maybe there is muscle growth. But I am sooooo afraid to eat more. Maybe add a Larabar to the day? Any advice? Anyone else finding this a problem? I know I should eat when i am hungry. I just don't want to go backwards. Came too far....
