Every area of my body is flabby... Even when I lose weight, it seems like everything is just hanging off of me. I understand that strength training is probably what I need...? But I am wondering how to go about it: Would I get better results by doing less weight for more reps? Or more weight and less reps? As well, how long does it take to see results?

Give me your wisdom! :)
