Hi there, I'm looking to lose 28lbs. I discovered this app last year but only used it for about about 2 weeks. Having just rejoined I have discovered I am a stone heavier than I was this time last year! This is not a trend I want to continue. This app is so much easier now with the barcode scanner, (I actually think its so fun!) I am hoping that I'll stick to it now! I really think having some myfit mates will keep me interested and get me back in check when I am having a bad & today is one of those days (3 pot noodle & 2 packs of hula hoops & 10 biccies later .. I need help lol! I'd love to offer some support and share tips, and meal ideas! I am not a bad cook despite my bad taste in trashy foods! Add me if you fancy some get fit giggles..

hello! well, 28 isnt soo hard...:) it could be way worse. i love to cook and eat bad things...im not talking deep fried, but decadent, pastry like yumyums...ooh darn it im drooling on the computer again lol. it will definatley be easy to lose the weight if you make sure to eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water...i drink about 3 liters a day, and I lost 14 lbs since xmas...it truly does work! also, if you feel a craving, just give in and have A LITTLE BIT, instead of depriving yourself and demolishing a chocolate cake like a starving orphan in the back rooms of a birthday party (okay, maybe that's a little far fetched, but you got the point, right...maybe even had a bit of a giggle too?:) okay, well, ill stop jawing on now add me as a friend if you would like, i would love to help you out! together, we can beat the cravings...well, if not beat them maybe scare them off a little? ciao 4 now0

You are hilarious! 14lbs since Xmas! Wowie! I'm on it now!! Started the water thing this week to my managers dismay! My breaks have doubled from all the trips to the ladies. Good for me though double whammy with all the extra walking I'm doing lol! Adding you now.. Thanks for the laugh - extra cals burnt through giggles=2!0
