I'm a big fan of getting more food per calorie. So, I'm on a mission to find low calorie replacements that you actually like better then the full fat/ calorie version. Sometimes the lower calorie version just doesn't do it - but sometimes, it's better... what are you favorites?
For me it's Almond Milk at - I made the switch, love that it is better and lower calorie and I don't really mind the difference.

If you like Almond milk you should definately try the So good Fat free Original Soy milk its only 70 calories/cup with 7g of protein... I love almond milk too but switched to that because almond milk only has 1g of protein in it :grumble: Another low cal replacement I love is mashed sweet potatos instead of mashed potatos, carrot sticks instead of potato chips (or homemade baked potato chips), spaghetti squash is good, greek yogurt instead of regular (more calories but also a wack load more protein), 1/2 cup jello with 1tbsp light cool whip whipped together tastes really good like dessert and its only like 15 calories
hope these help i will post more if i can think of any
