3 day slumps....

ok so here is my routine,
I say ill get in shape, work my *kitten* off for 3 days, watch calories, exercise heaps.. day three comes around i i go
"well..... is it really worth it"
im going to start off by saying "im not fat".. at 117 pounds im not fat.
However, i dont have that toned look, and a little bit of pudgy belly fat, but if i suck it in, it doesnt look as bad.
I LOVE chocolate!! its my weakness!
I have not much reason/motivation/somethign to work for, i dont have anyone to impress, i work a lot, so thats all i do.
i went to the gym 2 weeks straight, no junk foods, (no chcolate!) strict diet ect doing intense sessiosn with a PT.
no change.. this kinda of discouraged me, i put up pictures of hot women on the fridge so i dont eat bad food, and try not to keep it in the house.
how do i rack up the motivation to continue this thing without giving up? any ideas/suggestions?
