Can anyone relate to this? It's been happening to me lately...for example, this morning I hadn't eaten for a while, my stomach was growling at me, so I went into the kitchen to get food and nothing was appealing/I felt too "full" to eat. Confusing, I must say. In elementary school when my stomach was messed up (wasn't able to eat much, couldn't eat when I was nervous at all, etc) I said this thought out loud to some friends, and they just looked at me funny XD Perhaps it's just me, idk.

Yep! If I try to eat anything 'heavy' after going too long without food, I seriously regret it. This is how intermittent fasting works (some form of not eating for x amount of hours, having a "window" of eating-in case you didn't know). I tried it for a month, was starting to lose weight rapidly, but it was hard to keep up with a family and all.
