Emotional...what's up wit dat?

I've done the typical weight gain over the holidays and put on the HoHoHoOne-0, so I started back logging my nutrition. I'm keeping my carbs between 55-75 grams and have watched the weight just fall off since the first of January...but being 6 days in...wow! I am getting really emotional.:sad:

I'm working out every day doing 30 minutes of cardio and am not hungry at all. Is this typical and if so, how long does it last? Can a giant slice of pizza cure me? haha, just kidding!
