Started Mfp Dec 11, 2011 and have lost 10 lbs. by just counting calories. Yipeee. But I knew the time would come when just counting calories wouldn't cut it anymore. So I joined planet fitness this AM. 10 bucks a month can't be beat, and its right across the road from work. So I have made that commitment, and its not going to be a pretty sight. :noway:
Now comes the really hard part. giving up the cigs. I did it once, for two years, two years ago. I can do it again.
OH, and on top of that, (maybe TMI), I am menopausal.

Good job! It's a great way to start the year
The first 10 pounds are the hardest I think, from here on out, it should become easier! As cheesy as it sounds, you can do anything you put your mind to. Keep it up!
