Hi Many of you are posting what week you are on. How do you know when you are supposed to go to the next level
or do you go when you feel you are ready.
Also, how many calories do you figure when you do this dvd?

Move up when you don't feel like level 1 is no longer challenging you that much!0

You are suppose to move up every ten days. I enter it as aerobic, general. The only way to really know is to get a heart rate monitor.0

If you can speak easily during the workout, connecting 6 to 7 words together with little effort...you are ready to move up to the next level. Timing would be varied for everyone based on their level of conditioning.
