ive burnt more than im planning on eating...

ive been involved practicing for a flash mob for later this afternoon and have burnt more than 1100 cals dancing. i imput my food dairy everyday before i start to eat to plan my meals and ive burnt off just over what i was planning on eating...its not an everyday thing just today but i was wondering what the effects will be. i only usually dance for 1/2 hour - 1 hour a day.

    One day won't hurt you seriously. You will probably be very hungry the next day though. I'd say try to eat some of it back, but if you don't eat all of it, life won't end, and you won't go into starvation mode or wreak your metabolism or anything. We all have low days. When I end up in that situation, I usually turn to a few tablespoons of nut butter, it's typically about 100 calories per spoon, and I love it.
