I am looking forward to using the resources here, helping others, and getting support. :)

A little background on me. Before I had my twin boys (4 years), I was in the best shape of my life. Due to working, being a caregivers, etc...I never got fully back on track. I run, but am going to focus more on my food intake and strength training. I need to tone up and would like to lose 8-10 lbs, but most importantly feel strong.
