This has made it so easy to track meals and intake. I don't think I ever really realized before just how much I was consuming (and that it was not exactly the healthiest).

It's very quick to catch on and make adjustments to your diet here, based on your goals. One of my biggest challenges is cholesterol, so if anyone knows any realy great sites for low-cholesterol recipes or ways to manage more effectively day-to-day, please feel free to share.

    Welcome to the website. I just joined yesterday. Today, I plan on tracking my food diary. I am finding everyone to be very supportive on here and motivating. :smile:
