Manda's Veggie version of Beef O' Brady's Cheeseburger Wrap

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Boca Ground Burger, cooked
1 tortilla
Dill pickle slices (I used just one of the sandwich stackers)
1 slice of soy "cheese" cheddar flavor
low calorie mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste


Roll everything in tortilla burrito style, spray a little cooking spray in a skillet and grill on medium-high on both sides until golden brown - caloric content will vary with the brands of ingredients you use, I made mine for just over 300 calories, whereas the original is a whopping 670. I made this for supper tonight - was actually pretty satisfying! Just enough room left for a slice of sugar free homemade strawberry pie.
