Is it bad to go over your recommended protein? I had always heard that you can have more protein as long as you are working out, otherwise it will store as fat. Any thoughts?

If you are always over in protein, raise you protein %. It will lower your carb % and maybe keep your #'s from going over.
You can do this in goals.0 -
I never worry about going over on protein or fiber.0

Too much protein can be bad for your kidneys. Make sure to drink PLENTY of water with a high-protein diet to flush out ketones (the by-product of protein metabolism).0
