Hey everyone new to the site started on jan 1 and I am really enjoying logging all my food intake and reading all the good information to get motivation. It does a body good to know that I am not the only one dealing with the same issues of losing weight, raising a family, working and dealing with a not so helpful husband hahahaha (who just between me and you needs to lose some weight to). Any and all friends are helpful because i need all the motivation i can get. Its been 1 week, I havent weighed in yet, (I know what am I waiting for) I am just so ready to be healthy, and maintain a good weight and get off the weight rollercoaster.
