Hey Everyone! I just joined today. I am on the "weight-loss"train now! I joined the gym today and went grocery shopping for healthy food. I am going to use a book from a local weight loss company here in town that I used to go to.....just don't want to pay them again. I will also use my Weight Watchers books. I bought a scale today also, and when I saw what the number was, it made me go to the gym ASAP...lol. It is the highest I have ever been. I am 5'2 and 234. Goal is 150. Let's see if we can do this! Nice to meet you all!

Welcome you are in the right place. This site has helped me a lot and remember you will have good days and bad days. Just try to have many more good days. If you fall off the wagon one day get back on the next day

Welcome!!! One thing that has worked for me is to make really small goals. Instead of saying I want to lose 20 lbs. I set my goal at 2 pounds and aim for that. When I hit 2 lbs I set another goal and so on. It really works...
