i weigh 372 pounds and i met someone who is big into weightwatchers kicking herself in her *kitten* to workout and having a personal trainer. She is a true inspiration after seeing pics of her before and after.

My problem is i love to eat. portion control, and intake. My output is 500-600 calories a day worth of workouts and acoording to this i avg 2800-3100 a day. my baseline is 2800 so when i workout its 3300-3400.

I have trouble kicking myself in my *kitten* and my bff is a good inspiration along with my new friend above.

I could use tips, cooking lessons,and someone zap my belly so it dosnt crowl on command. Thank you!
