hi guys
looking for some advice. im stuck in a plateau! since mid october. could use some help/ advice. Im quite active, run twice a week, zumba once a week and also do some strength training about twice a week too. am trying to tidy up my diet, i eat about 50% clean too. i have my settings at 0.5lbs/ week as i only have 3lbs till goal.
What can i improve on? any advice/ help appreciated. thanks

Since you are so close to goal, maybe up to maintenance for a few weeks. Then after your body is used to that level again, reduce your calories back by 250 and hopefully you will start losing again.
I broke my last plateau by going to maintenance, but I was at 15 lbs to goal at that point. I'm sure it is tougher as you get closer.0 -
You can do it- so close!! Maybe try changing up your routine, your body may be adjusted to the running, Zumba, strength training. Also try maybe increasing your weights (but if it hurts too much, go back to lower weights so you don't hurt yourself). I know once I increased my weights, I started getting stronger and feeling a difference. Or maybe do interval running at different speeds for an added boost?
