A little realization

I just realized t hat I joined this site a year ago last September. I did not realize that it was that long ago. When I first joined, I wasn't very active in it. I never really talked to anyone, didn't use it to weigh in and track progress, just used it to track foods- and did not even do that good of a job at that. Now that I am more serious about my health, I have made friends (wonderful people who offer a lot of support and motivation), tried to join groups (some recent health issues have kind of hindered that- but am back to normal activity now!), tracked weight loss and percentage of body fat, and tracked my calories pretty diligently. I have only lost 15 lbs. but I am still going and have not given up. That 15 lbs lost has just been in the last 2 1/2 months. So, that all being said, this does help a lot, but you have to put in the time and the effort and use all the tools this site has to offer.
