Found the app for my phone

Hi all! I've been using the app on my phone and finally figured out the was a website too...yeah! Anyway, I've read many of the stories on here and by the look of my goals they are very small. I only want to lose a total of about 8 pounds that I gained from a med that I take. Just by using the site for about 5 days I've found that I've already lost about 3 pounds. I'm assuming its because of water weight and PMS, not sure tho. Anyway I guess my main goal is to tone up and get some muscle on me. I've been on disability for almost 5 years and haven't done much physical activity since about 4 years ago. I used to be an avid runner. I smoke and I know that's bad but that is what it is and I will quit when I can. I'm starting to run again but can only run about a mile now and some of that is walking ( I used to run 3 miles a day).
