stalled after losing 33lbs

i got the gastric sleeve 3 weeks ago, i have dropped 33 lbs but i have been stalled at 278 for the past week and a half it really upsets me so i decieded to try on my jeans thats one size lower from when i got the surgery since my regular jeans r too big on me and they dnt fit. i just dnt no what to do :/
