Hi all! I don't own a heart rate monitor, but i'm trying to figure out about how many calories i'm burning by doing the Cardio Core Express workout from the Slim In 6 program! I'm 5'1ish and about 144lbs :blushing: . Anyone have similar stats that I can steal your calorie burn pretty please?:flowerforyou:
