Hi everyone. I didn't even know this website has a message board. I got to it through my iPhone app that I downloaded.

My name is Melissa and I have A LOT of weight to lose. Will be doing my first weigh in tomorrow (sun) to complete my first week. WOW did it fly by. I am amazed at how great this App is making it for tracking my foods.

I am 43, over 300 and I live in Florida. Pretty much stay to my house unless I am working or going out with friends. I would like to find some local friends to get together with a couple times a week and walk with. I'm in southeast Florida.
