I am looking for a little help here. I'm trying to find a nut that I can snack on, that is still pretty good for me. Or rather, what is the best nut to choose? Besides almonds, that is. I just can't stand to eat them.
What would be say, the second healthiest? I already go with lightly salted or no salt added, but as far as protein and all of the other good stuff goes, what would be a good nut to choose?

Pistachios have a great deal of health benefits, and have the most nuts per serving per ounce (50 pieces an ounce, whereas Walnuts are like, 9). All nuts have health benefits, but I find that pistachios are great for those watching caloric intake because you eat more, and they take longer to eat because of the shell.0
