Hi All!

Family wants to go to Outback tonight for dinner. Was doing my research and am thinking that the salmon and veggies seems like the best health choice. Anyone have any other suggestions?

  • I think they offer a tilapia for 500 calories. I love love love tilapia, and it comes with veggies too!

    They can make the steak without drowning it in butter when they cook it, too.

    I ended up having salmon and steamed veggies. I was looking at a couple of other options too, such as the tilapia and grilled chicken. They had the symbol that said "naturally or can be prepared under 500 calories." So I made sure to ask the waiter if he could have it cooked light style and he said no problem and that they would cook without the butter. It was very good and filling!
