New to MFP, definitely not to weight loss

Hello! :)

I started using MFP about a week ago and I love it already. I have yo-yo'd with my weight for pretty much the last 10+ years - ever since I was a college freshman. This was one of those unfortunate"two pounds gained, one pound lost" type weight lost cycles where my weight mostly increased over time.

I spent most of my 20s struggling with my weight, wanting to be healthy and fit again (and yes, of course look cuter), and being frequently disappointed with myself because I wasn't. I recently turned 29 and decided that while my 20's may have been somewhat of a wash, my 30s don't have to be. I am sick of all my whining and excuses. I know what to do, I've done it before, and I know I need to do it. So I'm ready to stop talking and start doing!

I don't know how to add friends yet, but if anyone wants to add me, feel free.

This sounds like me - except I'm a lot older so have had years more of weight going up and down! But no more! If I leave it any longer I'll never so it and my fitness has gradually worn away and it's so much harder to get back. Add me if you like!
