in MAJOR need of support!!!!

I went home for a couple of weeks and fell off track. I'm needing some support/motivation to get myself back on track. I kept up my workout routine while I was home, but didn't eat the greatest!

HELP!!!!! Recipes, words of advice, etc are all appreciated :)

    In your post you mention a number of "positives" - you kept up your workout routine, you were only "off track" for a couple of weeks.

    You can't change the past - so you must use today as your starting point, and move on. Having said that you need to plan how you can stop (or minimise) this from happening again. Plan ahead to your next trip home. Can you ask for their assistance? Say how important it is to you? Can you offer to cook on a couple of nights - to give them a break? Can you identify some healthy cafes, and go out for a meal?

    Well done for logging on to MFP so soon. That was the first step. You have lost weight with MFP in the past, so you know you can do it. I know you can do this.
