Wanna lose some pounds before cruise in March!

Hi
I start my diet and fitness regieme on Monday. I am 40 in december so want to lose as much weight as possible and need lots of motivation. Think I have tried every diet going over the last 20 years but always fail but this time Im organised and determined.

Hey, yes this is really my first time dieting, I've been trying to do at least an hour of cardio at the gym and watch my mcdonald's fry intake! lol. I just started working out two months ago, but just keep hovering around 145 lbs, I believe it's what i"m eating. So what are you going to start doing on Monday, I really love the stairmaster it burns a lot of calories. But good luck, get you something like a picture or something to motivate your mind, I looks at a pic of me in a bikini from an old cruise pic I have!0
