treat yourself losers

So with new year and new goes comes my new challenge.

I will give myself mini goes for each fortnight and if I manage to achieve my goes I will treat myself


My challenge for 21/1

1. I will go to gym 3x a week a and 2x I will do exercises at home
2. I will stay green at my MFP
3. I will loose 4lbs (my today's weight is 186.8)

If I achieve my mini target I will buy myself new pair of shoes :-))

Is there anyone who would like to join me?


GW: 140 (by end of august ) and 130 by next year
CW: 187
SW: 190.7 (just getting started- again :( )

    so I am half way through

    and so is my challenge 21/1

    i did do my bit at home or walking but no gym and this week i probably wont go too :(( ) but as i done my exercise at home i say tick ;)

    half way and I am on 180 lbs so this is 2 than my go so tick and mini challenge is to loose 2lbs more to compensate for no gym

    So if I reach it shoes will be mine ;))
