been at this for about 5 months and have lost 30lbs, in the last couple of weeks everyone has noticed!! its great to have so many people telling me I look great, so worth all the hard work, I feel fantastic... thanks MFP !!

thanks for all the messages, and yes, I have already been told many times not to loss any more!!
Think it has been noticed now because I have a new wardrobe of clothes that are not all baggy lol
