Better than Peanut Butter is vile, and the ingredients (listed above) aren't exactly thrilling. If you want to reduce the fat and calories in peanut butter, buy natural peanut butter (with the oil on top), and pour the oil off the top (you can even let it sit for a month to separate more). If you're really afraid of the fat (which you probably shouldn't be), buy peanut flour and mix it with water or almond milk, it tastes vaguely like peanut butter. I have used peanut flour to make homemade protein bars that taste like peanut butter, it works well in this application.0
