Does anyone know how many calories you burn when doing Zumba Fitness for the Wii? I have been doing the 45 minute intermediate level and don't know what to put down for my calories burned.

Any help would be appreciated!

    well on my HRM i burn about 350-440 calories for the intermediate level. I am 5'8 and 139lbs :)

    I just count it like dancing. Hope this helps . I do the kinect version of the game it's great also. You should try a live class it really gets you going. Good luck
