30 day shred how to log it

I have beed doing the shred for the past week and have wondered how to best log it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi.
    Most people tend to put it as 20 mins of Circuit Training, General which I think is around the 200cal mark.
    If you decide you want to know more accurately you can invest in a heart rate monitor which will give you a personal
    calorie burned figure. (Just bought one myself and it shows I'm burning 373cals for 27 minutes of 30DS Level 1 (including warm up and cool down), but that's tailored to me and my weight, it'll be more or less depending on your own stats). :wink:

    I agree, the HRM is worth it. The supposed average for 30DS is 200 cal, but I burned 341 cals doing warm up and cool down, also on Stage 1. :)

    As already stated, I have been logging as circuit work for 20 mins and getting credit for about 178 cals, glad to see with warm up and cool down its even more. Guess I didnt realize that it added 10 mins to the workout.
