After a severe weight gain due to an unsustainable lifestyle, a change to a more sedentary life and medication side effects I'm trying to reclaim by life. Part of this is transitioning my gender (from male to female) I live and dress full time as a woman and am looking to medically and surgically transition completely.

Previous attempts to go to the gym were cut short by a fear of the changing rooms and of developing a masculine physique. Advice on loosing muscle and sculpting a more feminine figure welcome.
