Hello, I have to say I just love this site. I joined a week ago and I have lost 8 pounds already. I enjoy the fact that I have a great way of keeping up with the calories I eat and burn. It's a nice way to be held accountable. Eight down and eighty to go... Wish me luck. :smile:

    That's brilliant, I am a week old & 3lbs down, perhaps you could give me some tips ;) .. Could you start with telling me how you added your ticker? I've set mine up but don't know how to add it to my posts? do you have to paste it everytime? Add me if you fancy sharing your IT skills lol

    Thanks everyone. I kinda faultered over the weekend. But over all I think I did pretty good. Now just to get back on track at the first of the week. If I can lose at least a few pounds a week, I will be doing well. As they say slow and steady wins the race. I had a good start, I am happy. Hope all is going well for all of you all also.
