I got the book free on my Kindle and have been reading it. Wondering if it's worth trying! I've been doing some of the suggestions, but still tracking on here, but not sure if it's worth trying fully!

  • I got the book free with my kindle too. I started it a week ago and lost 8 pounds! I love this diet and I think it is a very healthy, sensible way to lose weight. The first day I felt awful, I had a horrible headache from the lack of carbs, sugar and caffeine. Once I got over that hump, the hardest part was coming up with a variety of recipes since very few are included in the book for stage one. Lunch has been the most challenging for me, I used to eat a sandwich everyday. I now usually make a salad with chicken or shrimp on it. My cravings for sweets have gone away almost completely, I'm actually satisfied by the sweetness of fruit. I'm excited to see how much weight I can lose over the next few months, I'm more motivated than ever to lose 45 pounds by my birthday in April!
