recommendations on a scale

does anyone have any recommendations for a good and accurate scale to weigh myself. with out costing a fortune?

    I love my Tanita scale. They have many options including the ability to measure fat, muscle, water, metabolic age, and more.

    dont buy one. you will just go insane. measure your bod once a month.

    go to a local discount store and look for a name brand. you should have asked Santa for one.

    If you have an Aldi's close by... they just put one on sale for 15 - I think it is awesome.
