I had to share this with you all.... Maybe not a NSV, but still a side effect of the eating better and exercise.....

So, I have not had ice cream since October. Well, we had about a cup left in the container from The holidays, and I decided to have it with a piece of my Low-fat cake I made.
Well, low and behold, 2 bites in, I thow it away. The ice cream was creamy, rich... Yuck! I Couldn't really stand it!

This was a big shocker to me, considering that I am (was) kinda an ice-cream addict... So Yay!
I am actually really excited, knowing that I know I don't really want Ice cream again!

I found that now I don't like the taste of it either, too creamy.
I prefer froyo :) Or more icy ice creams.

    Ice cream is gross!

Such a ridiculous amount of calories for something I wouldn't even enjoy.

    A good NSV!
  • I wish I had this problem. O_o I love ice cream. *sigh*

    Awesome!!
Ice cream makes me sick :P

My weakness is frozen yogurt, but that's normally low-fat and low-cal, so it's not that bad for me :D
