High protein breakfast?

A spinach and feta omelet!
So delicious!
Saute red onions in a little coconut oil, add spinach, pepper and lemon juice and stir until just wilted. Use this mixture with a nice French feta like Valbreso (less salty, more creamy) as the filling for your omelet. I love this. I could eat it everyday and not miss bread!0 -

5 egg whites mix with ground turkey
I like to put some veggies in with hot sauce

-oatmeal with berries and a scoop of protein powder
-omelet with veggies, meat, and cheese
-protein pancakes or protein waffles
-greek yogurt, berries, and honey (costco greek yogurt has 24 g protein per cup)
-protein shake (my favorite is 1 scoop protein powder, frozen cherries, cocoa powder, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice, -and xanthan gum) - tons of recipes online.
-breakfast burrito (egg whites, veggies, meat, hot sauce in a low carb/ high fiber wrap)0
