Petite Girls Lift Weights To Lose Weight

I'm 5'0 weighing 128 and have been as low as 90. My heaviest was about 140 and my struggle has been to keep a healthy weight of 115. I run at least 3-4 miles a day and realized I am not losing any weight. Everyone talks about weight lifting to lose inches so I went out and bought a 15lb kettle bell, 8 lb weights and Jillian Michael's Shred it with Weights.

I've tried her Banish Fat and Ripped in 30 (which is great) but Has anyone tried Shred it with Weights?

Have you seen results? Do you like the workout?
