ZIg-Zag My Calories???????

PLEASE HELP! Ok don't laugh but what on earth or how on earth do you zig-zag calories....
Do you have any other tips for a new comer?

    Zig-zagging just means eating more calories some days and less others. Some believe it helps keep your metabolism operating at its best.

    I don't purposely zig-zag my calories, but it's just what tends to happen for me. There are many days when I go over, due to parties, going out to eat, or just wanting a special treat. And other days, I might not be all that hungry, so I eat less than my goal. I pay more attention to my weekly goal, because it's much easier for me that way.

    I think that is what it is for me too cause i looked today at me weekly data and i pretty much zig-zag now but not on purpose so maybe i will see results in numbers soon
