Why am I so tired?
I've been feeling drained over the past couple of days and I can't figure out why. There hasn't been any major change in my diet or amount of excercise. I have narrowed it down to allergies (cedar fever now?) or emotions/stress (which has not been cured with emotional eating. Any other thoughts? I am set to eat 1200 calories/day and on days I excercise I usually eat some of my exercise calories back...
