trouble spots, help!

Question....I do Shred 7 days a week and I also run 5 days a week. I will be training for a half marathon in a couple weeks (YAY!) I've lost 37 lbs and feel wonderful BUT my upper thighs and lower belly are not going anywhere fast. It's so annoying. I'm a curvy girl naturally which sucks bc my hips go nowhere! I also had my son via C-sec so thanks to that, my lower abs....ok belly lol....is flab city. Is there anything extra I can do to help with these trouble spots? I'm a full time student, a mother of a busy 2 year old so go easy on me something I could squeeze in here and there would be great, the less time consuming the better since I already do 2 workouts and am adding 2 days of aerobics monday when school starts .
